The Chess Hotel enjoys a superb location, within a short walk of 5-7 minutes to the Opera Garnier and Galeries Lafayette, and only 3 minutes from the Paradox Museum. Guests often appreciate the modern bathrooms and find the breakfast very good with everything you could wish for. Some have noted that the layout can be a little confusing at first, with two staircases, but there is a single elevator to all floors. Certain rooms, such as those on the 4th floor, offer a charming view over the roofs of Paris from a small balcony.

the location was superb, giving easy access to local attractions. i found the personnel helpful with various questions i had. i also appreciated the room customization option offered before arrival.

this was a minor disturbance .

My room included comfortable furniture and modern decor. It also featured a spacious layout. the room had a king size bed and large windows. Blackout curtains allowed sufficient light control. a separate sitting area was available.

the hotel provided complimentary wifi throughout the building, i found it reliable for work and personal use. there was a fitness center available, it had standard equipment. a breakfast buffet was offered daily in a dedicated dining room.

the hotel is close to several metro stations, allowing straightforward access to other parts of the city. many restaurants and shops can be found in the immediate area, this offered a variety of options. tourist attractions were within walking distance.

the staff was friendly and helpful i liked that the location was close to many attractions i found the paradox museum just a short walk away from the hotel

the room was super small it did not look like a four stars hotel the common areas seemed dirty i noticed the room smelled like humidity
